The "Milk-Curse" of Magna Marta has spread to the docks. This week, the Mist Haven Mariners debuted their new, horrifying "Cursed Marauder" forms, while the Fire-Smokers continued their relentless hunt for the Trident Trophy.

Feature Game: The Scavengers vs. The Tribesmen

Mist Haven Mariners (0-9) vs. Azatar Tribe (6-4)

• Venue: The Mist-Docks

• The Narrative: The Mariners took the field looking "alive but wrong." Gone were the clean industrial uniforms, replaced by the Alpha Curse Werewolves and Canyon Scavenger Ghouls.

• The Play: The Azatar Tribe didn't know how to handle the Mariners' new MA 8 speed. However, the Mariners' curse is still fresh—while their Stitched Giants (Flesh Golems) held the line with Stand Firm, a crucial "Milk-Fog" moment (or perhaps just bad luck) allowed the Tribe to slip through. The Mariners killed a Tribe lineman and used Raise the Dead to create a new Zombie mid-game, but it wasn't enough to secure the win.

Whispering Isles G.I.L. Report: Week 8 – The Sky and the Spire

The mid-season heat has not cooled. While Sir Clinton II and the Swan Knights rested on Swan Island, the rest of the league fought through a week of high-flying maneuvers and industrial grinding.

Feature Game: Extinguishing the Light

Bluebonnet Volcanous Fire-Smokers (8-0) vs. Lunar Grove Sentinels (1-7)

• Venue: The Moon-Spire

• The Narrative: The Fire-Smokers brought a "Volcanic Eclipse" to the Elven home turf. The Moon Elves tried to use their Wardancers to leap into the Smokers' cage, but Oni-Toro was waiting.

• The Play: The Elves’ "Glass Cannon" nature was exposed again. Pele’s Fury hunted down Prince Elarion, stripping the ball mid-pass. The Fire-Smokers didn't just win; they stayed "Incinerating," leaving the silver grass of the Moon-Spire charred and black.

Whispering Isles G.I.L. Report: Week 7 – The Spire Rises, The Specters Fall

The undefeated streak is broken! While the Azatar Tribe rested on their Bye Week, the rest of the league bore witness to a historic shift in power.

Feature Game: The Exorcism of Shadowborne

Black Rock Spire Juggernauts (7-0) vs. Shadowborne Specters (6-1)

• Venue: Shadowborne Stadium

• The Narrative: In a clash that mirrored the 1920 slaughter of the Muncie Flyers, the Juggernauts ground the Specters into the ethereal dust. The Specters’ Foul Appearance was no match for the Juggernauts’ Iron Hard Skin and the raw ST 6 power of Morg 'n' Thorg.

• The Play: H'thark the Unstoppable carried the ball through the Specters' line like he was walking through a light fog. Zzharg Madeye used his blunderbuss to "dispel" the Wraiths, clearing the way for a 45-point blowout.

Whispering Isles G.I.L. Report: Week 6 – Iron, Fire, and Stone

The season enters a critical phase. With the Black Rock Spire Juggernauts taking their Bye Week to reset their gears, the rest of the league turned up the intensity. This week featured a clash of philosophies: the speed of the Moon Elves against the impenetrable defense of the Swan Knights.

Feature Game: The Moon-Shot vs. The White-Out

Swan Knights of Hedges (6-0) vs. Lunar Grove Sentinels (1-5)

• Venue: The Hedges Bowl

• The Narrative: The Moon Elves brought their "Glass Cannon" offense to the Knights' home turf, hoping Prince Elarion could find a gap in the coverage. But the Knights' secondary—the "Swan-Wing" defensive backfield—played a perfect "White-Out."

• The Result: Every long bomb was contested. Selene the Swift leaped for a spectacular catch, only to be met in mid-air by Sir Clinton II. The Knights' discipline wore down the Elves, who lost three players to the injury tent by the fourth quarter.
