The innovative "Tech"tonic Tremor used her scientific precision to overcome the raw power of Grimfang.
High-flying sensation Aurora Nova's agility proved too much for the veteran technician Seraphina the Shadow Weaver.
In a bizarre battle, the wild Bayou Banshee managed to outmaneuver the psychological tactics of Mistress Malakai.
The powerhouse clash between Rhiannon the Rampager and the mysterious Iron Maiden VII saw the masked legend emerge victorious with a "Maiden's Kiss."
International sensation La Araña Negra's lucha libre skills earned her a win over the technically sound Lyric.
The stoic powerhouse The Valkyrie proved too strong for the cunning Vexia the Vicious.
And in a strategic battle with family history hanging in the air, Serpentina outsmarted the unpredictable Madame Evangeline.
(Note: The remaining matches of the tournament took place throughout the evening for the live audience in the Nocturnis Downtown Arena.)
