🕰️ 6 AM: The Red River Touchdown
Tuesday, December 30, 2025 Location: The Banks of the Red River, Shreveport Cabin
The transition was violent. One moment, the Hedge Wizard was encased in the emerald warmth of the Jade Dragon’s claws, screaming through the white-out of the Hedge Gate. The next, the freezing ether was replaced by the heavy, suffocating humidity of a Louisiana morning.
Aazurn-Fae didn't just land; he materialized. The massive Starship Scale weight of the Ether Dragon displaced the river water, sending a silent, glowing ripple toward the docks of the Shreveport Cabin. As his feet touched the Red River mud, the Dragon’s vibrant jade scales began to dim, calcifying back into the appearance of moss-covered stone to hide from the prying eyes of the local river-folk.
The Wizard stepped down, his boots sinking into the silt. His cypress staff, still humming with the residue of the Jade Kyber Crystal, pulsed one last time before going dark.
Waiting in the shadows of the cypress trees was a tall, lithe figure—a Tygerian scout from the Isles, ears twitching at the sound of the closing portal. He wore the tactical gear of the Tiger Force, out of place in the swamp but perfectly at home in the mission. He didn't speak; he simply nodded, handing the Wizard a fresh scroll of Parchment of Echoes.
The flight was over. The World Eaters had been left behind in the frozen wastes of the Iron Wood, but the war for the Tygerian Isles had just followed them home to the cabin.

Special Rule: The Hedges Explosion. Like all Tygerian Isles natives, their 1s and 2s explode, representing their ancestral link to the Ether Dragons.
