Title: Day 2 — The Great Constriction Begins

The Expansion: Beyond the Station
After the bloodbath at the Zimrala One docking pylons on Day 1, we realized this wasn't just a raid—it was a full-scale systemic invasion. While our Tiger Force units held the main gates, the Ophidian fleet bypassed our heavy orbital cannons by "sliding" through the Aetheric slipstreams.
By the morning of the 2nd, the emerald glow of the Ophidian engines was visible from the surface of the Tygerian Isles. They have begun the "Constriction"—a tactical blockade of every major portal lane in the Reach.
The Discovery: Ophidian Boarding Spikes
Today, our salvage crews recovered a spent boarding craft. It wasn't a ship in the traditional sense; it was a Kinetic Spike—a solid shaft of obsidian-glass packed with high-pressure gas and cold-blooded warriors.
The Tactic: They don't use docking rings. They fire these spikes directly into the hulls of our freighters. Once the spike breaches, it vents a heavy, paralytic Miasma Fog.
The Counter: This is where my team found the advantage. Because I am immune to acid and poison, I was able to enter the breached freighters without a breather, clearing out the Ophidian "Spike-Jumpers" before they could reach the bridge.
The Falling Sky: Siege of the Isles
By late afternoon, the first Ophidian Drop-Pods began to fall toward the jungle canopies of the Isles. They aren't just attacking the tech; they are attacking the Life Blood where it lives. The sky is streaked with emerald fire, and the Ether Dragons are beginning to circle their mountain nests, sensing the predatory hunger of the Great Serpent.
