LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE DUST HAS SETTLED!
The road to Super Bowl LX is officially paved! We just witnessed a Championship Sunday for the ages—one game was a snowy street fight, and the other was a high-flying aerial assault!
Two teams entered the ring looking for glory, and two teams were thrown over the top rope! We are heading to Santa Clara for a MASSIVE REMATCH of Super Bowl XLIX!
Here is the OFFICIAL WRAP-UP of how we got here!
π THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP: THE FROZEN WAR
New England Patriots 10, Denver Broncos 7
The Scene: A grueling, defensive battle at a snowy Empower Field at Mile High! This wasn't pretty, folks—it was old-school, smash-mouth football!
The Difference Maker: The rookie sensation Drake Maye! He didn't just manage the game; he provided the only touchdown of the day for New England, scrambling for a 6-yard score after a critical Denver fumble!
The Defensive Clinic: The Patriots defense was absolutely suffocating! They shut down the Broncos offense, which was fighting with one hand tied behind its back with backup QB Jarrett Stidham filling in for the injured Bo Nix.
The Dagger: A decisive 3rd-quarter field goal by Andy Borregales proved to be the winning points!
Earl’s Stat of the Night: Drake Maye is now set to become the second-youngest quarterback to ever start a Super Bowl! The kid has ice in his veins!
Winner: THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (12th Super Bowl Appearance!)
π THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP: THE SEATTLE SHOOTOUT
Seattle Seahawks 31, Los Angeles Rams 27
The Scene: A high-scoring thriller at Lumen Field! While the AFC was playing in the mud, the NFC was lighting up the scoreboard!
The MVP: Sam Darnold! You heard me right! Darnold played the game of his life, throwing for 346 yards and 3 touchdowns with ZERO turnovers! He stood toe-to-toe with Matthew Stafford and outdueled him!
The Weapons: Jaxon Smith-Njigba was unstoppable, exploding for 153 yards and a touchdown! And don't forget Jake Bobo, who added a critical 17-yard score in the 3rd quarter!
The Last Stand: It all came down to the wire! The Rams had the ball on Seattle's 6-yard line with five minutes left. It was 4th-and-4... the crowd was deafening... and the Seahawks defense HELD THE LINE! That goal-line stand sealed the deal!
Winner: THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (4th Franchise Super Bowl Berth!)
π THE MAIN EVENT: SUPER BOWL LX
The stage is set! The contracts are signed! We are concluding the 2025-2026 season with a heavyweight collision!
The Matchup: Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots
The Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026
The Arena: Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA
Kickoff: 6:30 p.m. ET
Broadcast: NBC / Peacock
It’s the rematch we’ve been waiting for! Can the Patriots dynasty rise again with a rookie QB? Can the Seahawks avenge that goal-line interception from years ago?
We have two weeks to get ready, folks! Rest up, because the biggest show on Earth is coming!
AND THAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE... 'CAUSE EARL SAID SO!
WOOOOOOO!
