Date: February 10, 2026

By Captain Hedges

Good morning my fellow monsters and world fans today the coffee is hot but i dont feel much like rise and shine today as i am still under the influenza bug so i thought today we would dive what they would look like in the Leo Galaxy Today.

It’s funny how a small bug can remind you of the grand design. As I sit here in the Shreveport cabin, fighting off this infection, it hit me: we finally understand the war we are living in. We are not just living on a planet; we are living inside the body of Osgood, the Divine Creator. And this body is sick.

In the Leo Galaxy, we have spent years looking at the "Gods"—the Olympians, the Old Ones, the Shadow Demons—as rulers or cosmic powers. We were wrong. They are not divine rulers; they are Cancer.

Think about it. A cancer cell was once a healthy part of the body. It served a purpose. But then it became corrupted. It stopped listening to the instructions of the whole and started consuming for itself, replicating without end, and destroying the healthy tissue around it to fuel its own growth.

The Olympians and the Old Ones were once celestial beings who served the Great Lion, Osgood. But they fell. They turned inward. Now, they sit in their dark corners of the Leo Sector, bloated and selfish, eating away at the stars. When a Shadow Demon tendril reaches into a system, that isn't a conquest—it’s a Metastasis.

Nature—and Osgood—does not let an infection go unanswered. That is why the Leonnie, the Celestial Lion-Men, descend from the Great Mane.

To the mortals below, they look like terrifying angels of gold and fire, but their function is purely biological. They are the Antibodies of Osgood.

  • The Surgical Strike: When a Leonnie warrior flies down to battle a rampaging Cthulhu or a defiant, ego-mad Zeus, they are not "dueling" a rival. They are performing surgery. They are white blood cells the size of starships, tasked with excising the infection before it spreads to the rest of the galaxy.

  • The Divine White Blood Cells: They don't negotiate with the cancer. You don't talk a tumor into stopping. You cut it out. The Leonnie carry the "Light of Purge," a frequency that dissolves corrupted celestial matter back into the raw energy of the Mane.

Where do we fit in? We are the Life Blood.

The mortals of the Leo Galaxy—the humans, the Tygerians, the refugees of the multiverse—are the cells that keep the body functioning. We keep the galaxy alive with our faith, our labor, and our movement. We have the free will to flow where we choose through the "arteries" of the portal networks.

But with that freedom comes a terrifying responsibility. We must be careful not to feed the tumors. Every time a mortal worships a Shadow Demon or takes a "gift" from a Corrupted God, they are becoming a nutrient for the cancer. They are helping the infection hide from the Leonnie.

While the Angels fight the cancer on a cosmic scale, we mortals need to survive the symptoms on the ground. You can't wait for a Leonnie to fly down every time a cultist tries to poison a well.

That is why the Nomad Tygerians of Kings Port bred the Green Tigers.

These beasts are not divine. They are flesh and blood. But they are the best defense we have against the chaos. They are the "local immune response"—the skin-level protection that keeps the body’s barrier intact.

The Lore of the Emerald Heart & The Living Crystals: The Green Tigers are not just colored green for camouflage. Their very biology is a miracle of Tygerian bio-engineering fused with Bio-Resonant Emerald Crystals. These crystals are not just ornaments; they are part of the cat’s nervous system.

  • The Spine Crystals: A row of jagged green crystals grows naturally along the tiger's spine, glowing brighter as the beast matures.

  • The Claws of Resonance: Their claws are tipped with crystalline deposits. When a Green Tiger catches the scent of a "Cancerous" servant, these crystals begin to hum.

  • The Harmonic Purge: This isn't just a growl. It’s a frequency. When the Tiger vibrates its vocal cords through the emerald heart-core, it creates a sound that shatters the mental shields of Shadow cultists. It burns out the corruption from the inside out. If you are "healthy," the sound is like a purr. If you are "cancer," the sound feels like your soul is being shredded.

    • Natural Armor: +1D to Physique/Strength rolls to resist physical damage.

In Kings Port, the Royal Family uses the Tigers to patrol the "Green Line." It is a boundary of safety. Inside the Line, the Tygerians keep the "healthy cells" safe, monitored by the emerald eyes of the Tigers. Outside the Line, the cancer of Nocturnis City and its Five Families festers. The Five Families are like a recurring infection—always trying to find a way back into the healthy tissue of Kings Port.

They wait for the antibodies to be busy elsewhere. They wait for the Leonnie to be fighting a Great Old One in the deep void so they can creep across the Green Line. But they forget about the Tigers. They forget that even the Life Blood has teeth.
